He started his career in 1986 selling advertising, then spent over 10 years recruiting salespeople, sales managers and CXOs internationally. He sold software and then ran his own lead generation consultancy and became a licensed Sandler franchisee in 2004 working with SMEs and Blue Chip clients in the UK and internationally.
He enjoys working with scale ups and turnarounds because they are fast paced, high pressure, high risk and his work has a big impact with triple digit growth or higher in revenues and profits.
He co-authored “Making Channel Sales Work” and has published more than 400 articles and 400 videos on sales, sales management, sales recruitment, enterprise selling and channel sales management
